  3. yes it is from S.A.R.L paypal, is this why they cant take people to court because they are not UK based?
  4. I owe Paypal (Paypal europe) 19.5k after being unable to pay back a working capital loan. Now i am not worried about owing a large amount of money, what i am asking is why ive never read or seen any cases of paypal or their appointed solicitors (if they have any) take action to recover such debts (of a larger scale), i have looked loads and can not see any cases Is the any reason for this?, i am not bothered about DCA's chasing me as plenty of experience with that, but you would think for a large amount it would be worth a punt issuing papers (ps the user name is not my real name)
