  1. Yes the Government website has a link that took me to them Why are they not good ?
  2. With costs its £4100 and I am unsure about sending the baliffs in as they have stated an office in Portland street which seems to have umpteen businesses registered there so I doubt very much if they will find any disposable assets for this company, I am also unsure what is happening as I have a copy of the CCJ and yet when I do a search (£6 a time) for any ccj;s on this company it comes back as a green light with nothing against them I have tried to talk to the Moneyclaims people and they cant give me an answer as to why it is not showing they say give it some more time but the ccj was issued in October last year so I don't know how much time I am supposed to give it.
  3. Could I not issue a new claim as he issued a personal guarantee that he would pay if I did not get my money ? thanks
  4. I was told by Moneyclaims I could only claim against the company or an individual not both so I opted to issue it against the Company Thanks
  5. I am a one man business and did a lot of work for a Limited Company I was concerned about receiving payment but received an e mail from a director stating that he would personally guarantee my money so I continued working Then they had to close their doors due to a misdemeanour in the Club they were running. Needless to say despite umpteen promises I have not received a penny I issued a county court summons and they initially asked for an extension but then did not bother to pay I got a ccj against them as the Company is still active However my dilemma is I am pretty sure that if I spend nearly £400 for baliffs they will find a table and chair in the corner as the company uses a mail address that umpteen other companies are using.. My question is can I go for the Director who e mailed me a personal guarantee would i get paid or is he covered by the laws around a Limited Company. Any help would greatly be appreciated Thanks in advance,
