A festive good morning to you, Received a parking charge notice from Premier Park Ltd... For Parking and Leaving Site at Markham Retail Park, Chesterfield. I havent responded to the notice yet. I did leave the site for 5 minutes on foot , to call in to a shop on adjoining Ravenside retail park, but then returned to shop on Markham retail park as planned. Could anyone please advise me of how to proceed, as I wish to contest it. Thanks in advance.
