Wow guys, I am not sure where to start. I am glad you have all got further in your cases and I think I need to really take the next steps on mine. When I was there Nathan was the only name I had who was the person who sold the car to me. When I picked up the car it was an Irish man who was the manager but I can't remember his name... Aside from that I have Mikael Shamir the complaints handler. But I am sure you all have his name.
