Hello All, Some great responses here that have assisted to reduce my concerns a little since i have received my CC recovery letter from Moriarty on behalf of ADCB. I plan to reply to the PAP, using the pdf in the link provided, not Moriarty's forms excluding my financial info. Along with the following: A copy of the The Demand/Termination Notice (Notice served under Sections 78 and Section 98 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. A copy of the Notice of Assignment A complete set of statements detailing exactly how the debt has accrued detailing: I. All Transactions. II. any additional charges, by the original creditor or you Moriarty Law the debt purchaser or any predecessor DCA. III. details of all contractual interest added by whom and on what date. IV. List of all transactions made toward the Facility Anything wrong or that i have missed? Thanks
