Hi everyone, I had a text from DWP to say they had received my assessment report so I requested a copy. It arrived today and I am horrified to see I have scored 0 points. I have been on Higher rate mobility and personal care DLA with an indefinite award. The assessor has mentioned my problems in the notes but has ended each one with "Therefore it is reasonable to suggest that she can complete this activity independently and reliably." This just isn't true! I have Polyarthritis and can barely move. I cannot prepare or cook food, nor wash or dress without help. I can barely stand up, let alone walk around. She also said I leaned forward and handed her my prescription forms. I didn't. I intend to ask for a MR, can anyone advise me how best to word this and also how long this is likely to take?
