  6. Ok, I have bought phone from Argos and tried to make a claim on Samsung website but the website says we did not recognise the IMEI. I have tried Argos support then Samsung support but no success so far. I tried to find some similar stories as mine and did find this website Regards

Hi guys, I have bought the phone Samsung A50 from Argos but I am not able to get any cashback as on the Argos website advertised Just was wondering if is not a misleading advert or any [problem]? Sorry to ask you but I spent nearly week with claiming but the Samsung pretending the IMEI of the mobile phone does not exist :-( I had a chat with some persons from Argos but they can do nothing about that Sure I have sent them every evidence of buying but no help at all I have sent one email as shot to trading standard but do not believe a lot Thank you Marian
