Thanks guys. Yes got VERY lucky - got a lot going on at the moment (family bereavement) so was not on the ball. Did call the court couple of weeks ago to say I would be away but they said would cost to reschedule a new date. Phew! Hopefully will not hear anymore but if I do I will be paying more attention. Received a letter from County Court saying: "UPON neither party attending and the Claimant not having made a request for the claim to be considered on the papers IT IS ORDERED THAT 1.
