Hi I have received pcn for contravention code : 31 - entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited from brent council. After viewing the cctv footage provided by the council, I realised what happened on that evening. I was moving towards the lane and before I can make it the blue car suddenly came from the street and join the queue so I decided to wait in a box so I dont want obstruct any vehicle coming out or going in. As I can see in the video all traffic was struck because of TFL faulty bus was holding the queue. I want to appeal this PCN, anyone advise me is there any chances to cancel the PCN. also I don't know how to upload the video here. Thanks in advance for your valuable advise.
