Hi, Did anything ever happen Re marbles/capquest? I am in exactly the same position, Capquest have reported my credit file as various things over the past 5 years such as DM AP etc, even saying the account has been 3 4 or 5 weeks late paying. I entered a DMP with stepchange in 2008! Not sure if marbles ever defaulted it? Every other debt has gone from my credit file apart from this one. I am now in a position where I may be able to offer full and finals so have CCA,d all 11 companies....mainly all now DCA’s. Still owe around £34,000 in total to all. I suppose best thing is to SAR Marbles for an answer re default? Capquest replied to my CCA request returning my £1 postal order with a hand written compliment slip saying the £1 isn’t required. ....nothing else, no other remark or comment or saying what they are going to do!!
