  1. THE LINK SHOWS THIS INFO : Without prejudice A statement made by a party in, or in contemplation of, litigation, which is "off the record". To encourage the parties to engage in open discussion about settlement, such statements cannot generally be made known to the court. If they are expressed to be "without prejudice save as to costs", they may be disclosed after the court has decided the case when it comes to argument about who should pay for it. Without prejudice is often confused with "subject to contract" but the two are completely different.

You Have To Send, With Your Request For Refund Letter, A Schedule Of Charges, Which I Believe Should Be Done On Spreadsheet Using A Template From The Library, But When I Read The Library Template, It Says Do Not Use Unless Going To Court! Which Is It? Dont Really Know How To Do Spreadsheets, Can I Not Just Write Down Dates And Charges Or Does It Have To Be On A Spreadsheet? Your Comments Gratefully Recieved! Good Luck Folks. Thanks

Have recieved my statements from cap1 which show my charges to the amount of £380, have typed a letter requesting a full refund, ready to send. do i need to send copy's of my statements highlighting the charges ? i know you guys have used some sort of spread sheet, i dont have one on my computer! Also does anyone know what bank is the best to get a current account as im ditching abbey because of the amount of charges they keep stealing, got ccj, and been refused by 2 banks this morning! any comments gratefully recieved! thanks guys and good luck!!
