They have asked for bank statements and bills loans and a statement, which I posted last Wednesday, well within time, and I have been sent a text this morning saying that they have sent me letter, why so soon only been a couple of days

I have had a letter from hmrc, saying they are reviewing my claim 16/17, and they have links someone else to this address. Which of which is the kids dad. We have never been a couple so been claiming single since 2009. The kids dad has never had a fixed abode and one point sleeping in his car, until he decided to go working away so he could live in the hotels. Which I have let him use my address so he can insure his car etc. In 2014 I asked if he could leave that job as our son has been diagnosed with autism and needed help, so he did. He stayed a friend's sofa surfing, u till he was diagnosed with cancer then stayed a one friend's, but with out changing address. This was OK until back end of last year when his friend has had heart problems and signs of previous Brain tumour coming back he asked him to leave. So I took him in and since then we have started a new relationship. He is not on my mortgage or council tax or electrol roll and I pay bills. I phoned them up the day after explaining that he was at the address, they are only looking into last year, but when I phone up they said they had links from 2014 and could possibly look into until then. I an shaking with stress and being sick. I have no prove of where is was living as I have let him use my address as he tried getting his own place but bankruptcy has stopped him. I take no money off him, but he got me a card on his bank acc for emergency and because I don't take money of him for kids I let him pay the council tax which I ring them up every month to pay. I use a childminder and not told her of my personal circumstances but both of use do its me that picks them up more often than not, but worried they will her and ask if were a couple He has no family in England, but as a sister that he has not spoken to in about 20 years in Ireland
