Hi: I need to sue and individual who owes me £10,000 through the Small Claims County Court but he resides in Northern Ireland. I have all the evidence needed to proceed with the case but I would like to ask the forum if I need to make a claim here from England or Northern Ireland ? I served him with a letter last year, he acknowledged receiving the letter but he ignored my petition.
