Hi, Help Need. When i made my claim i didn't put the joint account holders name on the claim form as a claimant. Does my partner have to be one of the claimants as well. as i have just had a letter from cobbetts.. If anyone could help. Thanks Paul

Help Needed. I got the defence from Cobbetts, and also a request for further information. They are asking among others, (In Relation to each charge, Please clarify the following) a, is it the case of the claimant the same should not be charged if yes please state why. b, i should have not been charged this amount if yes state Why. In the claim i stated the charges are an unlawful extravagant penalty, please supply information in support of the claim. Please specify the clause(s) pursuant to which the charges were applied please specify whether the changes applied were to due to a breach of contract by the claimant. please identify in each case the particular breach of contract. next question is regarding unfair penalty, there would like to know the facts. does anybody know what i have to do now with the further information they want and they want it by 4th May. Do i have to send the information to them. it also says that if i do not provide an adequate response they will ask the court to strike it out. can anyone help.

19/03/07 Natwest has filed a defence to the Claim saying they dispute the whole amount owed, Just have to wait now for the allocation papers

Got a Letter from the Court today, Natwest has Acknowledged the claim, and added more time. Does anyone know what Natwest do now.

In July 2006, i started a claim for just over £1500, unfortunatly i some problems at home so i didn't pursure it, I got as far a my 2nd bog off letter from Natwest, could i go straight to the small claims court now or do i have to start all over again. can anyone shed any light, Thanks

Well, got the 2nd bog off letter today. it said i cant say much than before, so take us to court. so it money claim time. Now can anyone help me what do i put on the claim form and reason for wanting the money back HELP!!! Paul

Got the p*** **f letter from Stuart Higley today. so LBA letter will be sent out on Monday. Its about time natwest stopped treating us like children and give us our hard earned money back. Paul

i did think about going for the full payment. but, the banks are allowed to change us a small fee to cover there costs only and not to make an profit from us. thinking about that. so i went for the figure.

Now got Statements. making a claim today for £1445.00. Letters on its way.

Made claim for £765.00 Hbsc offered £693.00 i excepted it, money was credited to my account Yeasterday. Its Natwests time now

Help. What do i do with Natwest, i called my natwest branch last week, with reference to DPA letter sent on 29th June. Branch told me there is no notes on my account, i know they have recieved it, as i sent the letter Recored delivery. I then got transfered to 5 differant people all over natwest, the last said they will call back, this was last friday, still waiting. is there anything else i can do or anyone in natwest i can contact. Sent letter to HSBC, on 29th June 06, got letter dated 19/07/06 offering 90% of the funds back. so i have accepted it. Now all i have to do is to get natwest to respond to me letters asking for my statements.

Pwl v Capital One...... sent Prem letter on 29th June, claiming £216.00 back in chrages. got letter today, full refund offered 12 days since they received letter.

Had a letter this morning from Fredrickson International who a debt collection agency, who were dealing with my Capital One account, who brought the debt from Capital One, The letter says in short, that due to dispute you have raised we are not be dealing with your account, and we have sent to back to capital one to deal with. Looks like debt collection agencies don't want to get involved in these claims. Also can anyone help i have asked Natwest for details of charges appiled to my account over the last 6 years, i sent a DPA letter with the £10 PO, and i have followed it up by phone calls buy i keep get told its in the post and it been 6 weeks now since they first said, What can i do next?
