Hi, I recently sent out my prelim letter to style for charges levied to my account over the last few years. Now, they have sent me a letter, quoting somebodyelses storecard details at the top stating the following; The office of fair trading has restricted it's investigation to credit cards and made no attempt to consult with Style financial services or the industry in relation to other entirely differant products including store cards and so we will not refund any charges. I am going to send my LBA to them and would like to add a comeback line to this statement. Could anyone suggest what I should say?? I hope somebody will be able to help me on this one as Style are the lowest of the low. Many Many thanks:?:

I sent the Prelim recorded yet it is still not showing as delivered on track and trace despite sending it last Tuesday. Do you think I should send another copy of the letter or wait until next Tuesday and send LBA. Thanks

Firstly congratulations to the Admin and Mods for making a truely great site. I have been looking at many differantr threads all day and have sent off my prelim. letter to HSBC for costs incurred over the last 5 Years. Total claim as it stands is £449. Will of course let you know how I get on in due course:cool: .
