Thank you i knew this would be the tricky stage

Giving me a headache but i dont want to get it wrong ! Basically my charges add up £554.43 so how do i fill in the xxxxx's below ? Charges £xxx.xx Overdraft Interest £xxx.xx Interest under s.69 County Courts Act 1984 £xxx.xx Court Fee £xx.xx TOTAL £ xx.xx Plus interest pursuant to S.69 County Courts Act 1984 from date of issue to date of judgement/settlement at £xx.xx per day [(enter daily rate here - (CHARGES+OD interest)x 0.00022 = pence per day)] OR at such rate and for such periods as the court deems just.

I gave them 14days to respond and have heard nothing on day 16 so it looks like im heading for the next stage and court ? I gulped at having to pay £50 court charge but i presume will get this back. Have i given the bank enough time to respond ? I was hoping for some kind of offer.

I've got a HSBC credit card and after being pointed to this website i want to claim the interest charges. Do i just simply tot up all the interest charges occured over the six year period and claim for that amount ?
