Just watch out for me i am in a white metro .i get people in garages asking me what its all about, my friends in the street said-oh that must be tims new car!!, so far i have been in folkestone, dover,cheriton, and canterbury, so look out ashford ,ramsgate and broadstairs, the big man in the little car with his hsbc protest is coming soon.haha

  2. i got my car sign written and have great fun riding around- with *the words -Are u fed of getting ripped off by hsbc -etc.-* i get a lot of looks off people ether in traffic, or whilst i am parked up, i have about 12 (working)days till i file my court action against hsbc.

  3. My hsbc debit and savings cards were swallowed by the atm recently,

     

    i recieved a letter from colin langdale ? asking me to detail the charges i was querying then got a futher reply from some woman, saying basically i was getting nothing-end of.. so i suued a lba today with 14 days notice. also from tomorrow my car will be signwritten with wording " sick of getting ripped off by hsbc, etc,etc. and i then intend to park my vehicle outside the cheriton branch near folkestone in kent. it will be intersting to see what reponse i get.:-D

If my suggestion for parking tickets uk, is one of the "least useful sites" then perhaps someone would like to point me in the direction of the more useful sites.thanks 0h by the way ihave challenged many tickets and won on the basis of the yellow lines not being continuous.or not having a t-bar on them.

Hsbc cheriton in kent, have refunded my £10 dpa fee, and have sent me a letter asking me to detail charges as to what i am querying, also capital one have offered to refund approx 170 so far, still waiting for abbey and statements. sorry am unable to star a new thread, am not sure where to start,

  6. i dont want to get into an argument, but

    try this for a recipe

     

    add one spoonful -unfair contract terms 1977-94 ,

    add 2 spoonful-uk banking code and practice.

    just add a dash- uk law

    loads of helping of -consumer action group.

    result = one lovely helping of returned charges,

    oh and serve cold.

     

    oh by the way as a prt time law student 2 years - i do have more than a little knowledge of procedure.

  7. i have got a letter from hsbc, which says they now want to know which charges i am wishing to challenge and have asked me to list them, however i am expecting my statements to arrive soon. i sent off dpa letter last week. i alos issued them with na letter b4 action, it appears that you have to put a bit of pressure on these banks/robbers/crooks/cheats. delete applicable.

  8. Hi am sorry if i didnt follow thread rules, but here goes, i live in kent and am currently pursuing 3 banks, having been offerd partial settlement on one - 2more to go, i will donate as soon as iget sorted out, thansk for everyones help and understanding.

  9. the abbey bank manager? in dover told me "the news article about claiming bank charges was all bunkum, i contacted the oft and then consumer advice in kent, who told me otherwise and that i am able to try and claim money back from abbey, hsbc as well as capital one. -oh by the way i issued hsbc cheriton branch in kent with a lba last week. who cancelled my cards yesterday.:confused: bring it on.
