Widened the post how? Would you want a user playing around with your boiler? Is that not slightly dangerous and irresponsible on the companys behalf to basically not give a damn about the customers safety. Lets just hope he doesn't leave a boiler faulty one day whens he's injected a little too much. I have escalated my concerns about false advertising but I very much doubt anything will get done.

Sounds about right Martin, this company are only interested in profit and certainly not the customers. Gas safe aren't interested and clearly do not care. Eric I seriously doubt trading standards would get involved either, that's what this country has become unfortunately. A professional company would not employ a heroin addict let alone send them on a job.

Yeah you are probably right there warren, until this past year I never really had a problem, I questioned them last year about another charge going out monthly that I didn't recognise and got refunded the money. Its okay though because I'm a bit believer in karma and what goes around comes around. So watch this space.

This company clearly has never read this Martin 2006, oh and they have a junky working there who they send out to service boilers. They really care about their customers don't they.

Hi site team, no problem. I am closing my account with them anyway, after 20 plus years with them this is the final straw. Money should be safe in a bank but they just charge what they like when they like and what makes it even worse is they don't care, unless you are a rich person they aren't interested. The financial ombundsman don't care, the fca don't care its an absolute joke all these so called websites who are there to help. I am in the process of setting up my own business and with there is no way would I treat my customers the way these big 'untouchable' places treat the normal working class. Hopefully if it takes off another bank will be getting my money and it will be Barclays loss.

Some interesting comments here, the company is a heating company they install boilers and I did my research and discovered most of them are not qualified gas safe registered. To allow someone to enter a persons house and let them loose on a boiler who isn't gas safe registered is hardly looking after your customer. It's irresponsible on the firms behalf but I guess they only care about money and not the life of a person. I did inform gas safe but as other people have said they are not interested. Perhaps if people who are daft enough to use this firm were to check that both engineers are gas safe by making a quick call to the register then something may get done.

What isn't , bragging about how all your plumbers are gas safe registered when they are not putting customers lives potentially at risk?

How can a plumbing company get away with advertising that all the plumbers are gas safe registered when they are not? I mean don't the general public use common sense and check these things out. Thank goodness I did some research on a company beforehand as I discovered the majority are not. Why would a supposed ligit company feel the need to lie about such a thing, that's hardly putting the customer first is it letting unqualified plumbers loose in your home.

Hi Everyone I have 2 ongoing disputes with Barclays bank, one that they allowed £850 to go from my account (from a card that was reported as lost and cancelled by themselves so they say) and another where they have opened one of these packaged bank accounts without my permission well over a year ago. They point blank refuse to give the money back so I've involved the financial ombundsman who informed me that there was quite a few unhappy people who had these accounts unbeknown to them. Last time I checked you were supposed to put pen to paper and sign something, clearly not where this bank is concerned , I'd like to know the sum of money they have ripped off people. After 20 plus years I am closing my account for good with these edited and would suggest others do the same.
