I'm new here and I would really appreciate your help. I lost an Employment Tribunal against my employer and I was ordered to pay £38k. At that time I didn't have any employment nor assets and I continued without any money for about a year. After that year I just gave up and decided to do a bankruptcy once I started to prepare the documents to declare myself bankrupt I got a very well paid job abroad. Now I'm not sure what to do should I just go ahead with the bankruptcy and not mention any thing about the employment or should I go with the bankruptcy and tell them about the employment and if I do that will they take a lot out of my salary and will I stuck for ever to pay all the amount.
