Hi Lt Columbo I am new to the group but have the same issue as this refers my case was 02/02/15 ticket was purchased but incorrect reg number on ticket Pcn arrived then letters from rossendale and then BW legal .. I have received a claim form from county court and responded to that with defence of a valid ticket purchased and displayed. I have letter from the court to say received my defence copy being served on claimant ..... Any advice as to what I should now. I do wish to engage in conversation with BW if it will hinder the situation . Total claim they are asking ridiculous £240 inc court fees and costs
