Hi Andy, I've read through the guidelines; looks like I may be able to claim on the grounds that I've not used the benefits included in my paid account and that the person offering me the account pushed me to agree. Hope I can get my money back, it'd be great to see if anyone is in similar situation and how they got on with their bank. Is it possible that different banks have different policies about refunding packaged accounts? Thanks to anyone who can comment on my concerns!

Hi albob222001, I'd also like to see if I can be refunded the the fees I paid from 2005 to 2013. I never actually used any of the benefits they offered, and when I was opening the account I was pushed to choose Advance account, which cost me £12.99 a month.
