Started a thread but have been advised to start a new one here? I have sent for my statements recorded delivery today. I reckon that i must have £2000+ in charges etc. Any help is appreciated as i want to make sure i do everything the right way. Any help and suggestions are welcome. Many thanks! J

Hi everybody! I am very new to this and hopefully some of you will help me along the way? Just posted my letter to Bank of Scotland (HBOS) asking for my statements. I think i could be looking at possibly £2000+ in charges etc but we will have to wait and see! Any help along the way will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks J
