  2. hi can anybody help me i sent my £10 fee to natwest for requested statements but they have not acknowledged my letter and this was over 2 months ago.
  3. does anyone know admiral insurance policys to direct devits as im fed up of them taking payments out before there due date and making me incure bank charges because of these.

    my husband opened his account in september 2004 i had asked them for statements showing all bank charges but they sent me the letters that i had sent them along with all the codes they use, a few pages from when my husband had gone in to complain about the charges personal information about where he lives where he works there was a couple more pages about his account cant go into any more detail as i dont have the papers with me because i'm using someone else's computer but i will get back to you on that.Thanks for taking time to help.

    its all mumbo jumbo some of it is when i have spoke to someone in the bank about my account.I had asked them for statements of my account so i could add up all the charges and a statement to why they had charged me.

    I sent them a cheque for my husbands account and 2 reminder letters but i have not heard another thing from them or a letter saying they have recieved the cheque this has been 3 weeks now and they have cashed the cheque.

    I have recieved from bank sheets of papers of information which i didnt ask for and they are past their 40 days i have not recieved any of my bank statements which i have asked for could you tell me what i should do now please thanks.

  9. Please can anyone help me,I wrote a letter to natwest asking for detailed description of all charges and why they applied them i also paid £10. This is the letter they sent back to me. Further to your application regarding the above,I have pleasure in enclosing a copy of the personal data held aboyt you by the bank's customer collections centre,toghther with an explanation of codes/terminology. Information held by other areas of the bank will be sent to you shortly. Page 2 was just Terminology used(i didn't ask for that). Page 3 was diary comment.This is what it says:- COMMENTS Spoke to customer who advised that there have been occasions with the a/c when he has recieved upto £300 worth of charges within a week. NEXT ONE There have been times wgen the a/c has incured a charge even though it is within it's agreed limit with sufficient funds to cover transactions e.g incured £38 charge for an unpaid cheque for £38.82 but customer was only over drawn by £127.53. Please can you advise me on what to do next the first letter i sent was 6th June 2006. thank you.

  11. I kept getting bank charges from the natwest and no matter how much i tried to clear them they kept charging me which resulted in me owing them £1300.They have since closed my account and i'm having to pay £40 a month back.Will i be able to reclaim these charges. thank you
