Precisely! I asked for that but was told it wasn't available - they won't let me have my money back - so only choice was to reschedule! Don't think they were qualified nurses, just sat down on chairs playing about on their laptops!!

I paid £129 for a check up from the neck up at a local hotel today, due to traffic and parking I was running just over five minutes late for my appointment at 3.05, I rushed in (after parking down by Tenby beach and climbing up a hill to the venue) to be greeted by two (nurses?!) ladies sat down on laptops who said that I couldn't have my appointment they had let the 3.20 appointment in early because I hadn't turned up! Hold on I thought that they allowed half an hour for each appointment which would mean the next appointment would have been 3.35! They were laughing when I said I had run up from the beach and said "Literally!" I was out of breath because I had been running. They seemed to find this funny and said my appointment was cancelled and I had to rebook and I could have my money back if I decided not to go ahead with the check up - which actually was untrue because according to their head office I CAN NOT get my money back only another booking for January 2016! Their attitude was totally unprofessional and the way they were slumped over their laptops was not at all what I expected! I have rebooked but not sure what to expect now!!
