  6. Hi Guys, Hopefully somebody will be able to help me. My sister has received a letter from a Solicitor acting on behalf of Lowell Finance stating that they has started Litigation proceedings, enclosed was also court documents with an admission form and defence form. The debt according to the court docs is £3448.39 incl. extra costs I would like Lowell to prove that this debt exists, they brought the debt on the 30/03/2012. She has 7 more days before the forms have to be back at the court. I am hoping that somebody knows what steps to take to do this as I haven't got a clue, Is there a template letter that I can fill out. Thankyou in advance
