  1. I have followed your procedure, i had two offers of a settlement and as advised i refused but accepted as part payment, then i got a letter say that they had offered me this money and that they would not offer me anything else and they would not pay me the full amount, do i now have to either get the small claims form from you or get an N1 from the courts??? this is all really a bit beyond me and i have felt like giving up a few times, but i want to keep going, any advice please. I am with the Halifax (But not for long I am sure;) ) Thanks Fiona
  2. Hi there, just thought I would say a quick hello and that I am astonished that the banks (my bank especially) can charge so much for the late payments and what not, I now do all my banking over the internet now and they say that it costs them £39 to send me notification and handling, well considering everything is done over the world wide web and technically i can't see that they can warrant these, so I have started proceedings to get my money back for the last 6yrs a couple of days ago i got a letter from the halifax saying that they would give me £156 compensation well that is just taking the mick so i just sent them the letter before action and we shall see. I would also like to mention a site that is very interesting about the law and rights, its about the government and how they are terrorists and how we can do things to stop this its called the ICHOR trust, it was set up by one of my brothers friends and it can be very helpful as it has been for me. ICHOR Trust Home Page Visit this site and let me know what you think. Fiona
