My name is Julie and I have a quick question that I hope you can help me with. My husband and I are tenants of a Housing Association. Today I received a call from a company called 'Voluntas' who said they were calling on behalf of our landlord. That's as far as we got as the woman then put the phone down! I've looked them up on the internet and it appears that they are a market research company. My question is that we have an ex-directory telephone number and we have certainly never agreed or signed anything to say that we agree to the housing association giving out our telephone number. Is it actually legal for them to do so? Many thanks Jules
