  4. Thanks so much, thats such a help. Just one question.... At the bottom when it says.... "and also interest at same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of £n.nn." Do I calculate 8% of the total claim and put the amount in?? Thanks again for your help

  6. Good luck Laura. I have been trying to get statements since 07.07.06 so not waited as long as you but feeling your pain. How hard can it be to get a few statements in the post?? :mad: :mad:
  7. AAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH. :mad: :mad: Just been on the phone AGAIN to Natwest as I still haven’t received my copy bank statements. I was told that they have been destroyed as there wasn’t a despatch note on them?!?!?!?!?! How hard is it I ask you?? She told me if I haven’t received them within 10 days I should call back. 10DAYS , its already been 35 days I am also claiming back charges with First Direct and sent the request for statments on the same day. I have received the copy statements, sent the request for payment, received a reply and now sent the LBA. I am going to have a breakdown........
  8. Got the letter back from FD saying NO WAY so I am sending the LBA today. BRING IT ON8-)
  9. OH MY GOD!!!! I send my data protection letter on the 07.07.06 and it has taken 4 days and about 5 phone calls to find out if they have received it!! After calling again today they have confirmed that my statments have now been ordered and will be on the way ASAP. I'm not holding my breath..... :-x Keep you posted
  10. Got the backdated account info from 1st direct and now ready to roll. I am popping out at lunch to send the letter and attached summary of charges and I am VERY EXCITED.
  11. Realised that my account had been open longer than I thought so today I am sending the Data Protection letter to both FD and Natwest. Keep you Updated!!
  12. Hi All, God... so much to take in that I don't really know where to start. I have been online and noted down all of my charges with FD and think i'm ready to roll. I have made a copy of the Preliminary approach for repayment template. I know i also need to attach a copy of the charges but how shall i format this? Just put the info into Excel and attach? Thanks in advancce for your advice Nicky:???:
