I have been having bother the last few weeks from perfect home. I have also contacted their head office 3 times by email, regarding all the information i have found on this site, my circumstances changed in july and i found it difficult making the payments, before that they were always made in time. I have paid £33 for over 2 years for a tv, dvd and stand and have only a year left to pay, they have pestered me by phone, been at my door and said that if i dont pay £130 today they will come and collect everything. I have been to the post office this morning and bought a £10 postal order to ask them for a SAR, i read on this site that i should do this, this is my first time posting, any more information would be of great help as this is all making me ill.
