Hi all I am about to start my claim against rbos and their address is in Scotland. Can i still make the claim in English court even though their address is in Scotland? Sorry I know this question has been asked before but I can't find the thread. Thanks Kathy

Hi All I have had that letter twice now. Once after my letter for refund of charges and again this week after my LBA. Anyone else had this problem. I presume this is a stalling stactic too. I will be submitting my court claim this week. Any help gratefully accepted.

Glad I read this thread I got the same letter yesterday when I arrived home but i will carry on with the next step tonight and post the letter in morning - recorded of course. Good luck everyone

Hi All. I am trying to get my Bank Charges from the Royal Bank of Scotland. I have sent my first letter which was forty days ago. I am just about to send my second letter as I have not had any reply from my first letter. They gave me a ring and asked me to come in and see them about my overdraft. I went in and they tried to talk me into taking out a loan to pay off my over draft so i would not get anymore bank charges. (How Crafty) no more bank charges to pay but interest on the loan. Hi. New to all this but just wanted to say what a fantastic site. I have started to claim my charges back from my bank. The forty days are up and no reply so just about to send second letter. So will keep in touch Cheers Kathy
