    I too have been defaulted by MM and this happened last month. I have no idea what this is for and it relates to something dated 2011. I had an excellent credit score until this happened. I have ask them for all the data on me and they replied with ; there is a fee of £10 plus 2 forms of ID and it can take up to 40 days! Is it legal to default a person before informing them that they will be taken this action?
