  1. Hi Lee, Was it the IMEI which you required? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  2. Hi Lee, Can you let me know again what it is you require to further process the complaint? I have been through my emails and can't find any from yourself. Can you supply me with an email address and what it is exactly that you need forwarding over? Thanks
  3. Hi Lee, thanks for your help. I already have sent you the imei back via email last week. 354145058583266.
  4. Hi, many thanks for all of the advice. The reference number I emailed was 7670353. I would really appreciate if someone from Vodafone could look at this. Like I said, two letters and countless emails have been largely ignored so far.
  5. Hi. I was having a continuous problem with a phone I bought in the Vodafone store on April 2013. It was a Nokia Asha 300 with a touch screen and keypad. Only problem was the touch screen kept malfunctioning. I took it back to the Vodafone store about half a dozen times; on some occasions they were able to 'recalibrate' it in store, but on two occasions they had to send it away for repair. In April 2014 the screen malfunctions again and I was conscious it was about to be out of warranty. Rather than taking it back to the Vodafone store for repair again I posted it off to the Vodafone head office with a cover letter saying I wanted a refund, or for them to fix the issue properly. I have proof of postage and a video of the phone not working properly which was taken just before sending it. About six weeks went by and it received a letter from Vodafone asking for loads of information, like my Vodafone phone number, and some other Vodafone account information. I am not a Vodafone customer on a pay monthly or pay as you go basis as I am not the user of the phone (bought it as a gift for a friend). I sent a letter back explaining this but since then have had no reply. That was two and a half months ago. I have emailed in using the online form a countless amount of times but they haven't responded. Right now I am at a total loss what to do. Vodafone still have the phone in it's possession. And they no seem to be unwilling to cooperate. I have been very polite and patient with this issue so far. Can anyone advise an alternative course of action? The phone was only worth £70 so I doesn't warrant legal action through a solicitor.
