The appeal is against a PCN issued by a civil enforcement officer acting on behalf of a Borough Council. I'll let you know which council once I have the result of the appeal, along with any further details. -

Just to let you all know I am appealing against two parking tickets received whilst away on a work trip, when my telephone payment failed. One of the basis for appeal expressed is 'continuous contravention' in that it was one error and I didn't return to the car, despite the fact that there were technically two separate contraventions in terms of periods of time when payment was required. I'll let you know how this goes.
