My experience is that i have in effect lost £500. I bought prince2 + exam and the software testing bundle. When i went through the software testing course i found out it was by another company and over 10 years old, very crude course. In addition it was over the 20 hrs listed. They also were supposed to send me a usb version of the course which never arrived. When i complained i got absolutely nowhere even talking to the director. I have just attempted to check the prince2 course out and it says i need to pay for the exam separately even though i bought the exam package. Bottom line , its a small company and its not really bothered either way.
