hi! dvla lost my id and they told me that they will help me to do my id again...to do that I have to go back to poland and to make a new one. to do that I have to spend my own money and after to see if they agree with all my receipt. I don't have money to go back specialy now for holidays cose the tickets are soo expensive. I would like to claim money instead going back to my country and use my own money. does someone know how can I do that because in a way they have to give some money because is their mistake.. thanks!
