Today I got a letter from DG Solicitors but in the terms they offered I am not allowed to discuss the contents of the letter or any details of the communication ;0) dogberry

Usual story here: 1, Sent DPA request and received statements by return. 2, Wrote initial letter for refund of £715.00 and got the standard response. 3, Sent letter before action and have received no response to date. 4, Filed my claim online (details in litigation) for £1146.22 including interest which is deemed to be served today - 12th April. dogberry
