  1. Its for my young daughter for Christmas and has her heart set on one. I don't want to disapoint her. if I had some other way of getting one I certainly wouldn't be using brighthouse but I haven't.
  2. Ah, now he would but with him already having a credit union loan he wouldn't get another for Christmas and we desperately need this console for a present. when he gets the agreement couldn't we them cancel this service cover and dlc. surely its still mis selling even adding it to the item as an all in one?
  3. My partner is a BrightHouse customer and went into shop other day to put his name down for a console for Christmas. he mentioned he'll bring out insurance letter as we don't want dlc and osc as we never have with other items only to be told now brighthouse don't accept insurance letters as they aren't needed because everythings added into the price of the item you buy. Now I checked the brighthouse site and it looks like they've changed it as normally you get a price with dlc & cover and one without. anyone know anything about this?
