My bank is the halifax now I keep getting phone call on my mobile I rang the operater to see where they were calling from it was Egypt, , Caro, this is that LIFT AND GLOW PRO Firm, when you pick up the phone they dont answer you, but they ring every 20 min day or night, the number is 002028005536, will have to see if i can get this blocked on my phone now,

Have not forgotten to send donatoin but just waiting for my new card to come and pass word for my new account, and then sort Paypal out as i will have to change details with them ,

I took Dx advise about Chargeback I demanded my rights, and i got all my money back, but after that I closed my account and opend a new one, dont give up check your bank everyday,

I kept ring my bank card up and said its my right to a refund of all the money, and i will take it further if i have to, as it is my right the last man i spoke to was a supervisor, he said he would refund all the money, and he did within one hour, i just wanted to close this account and get rid of it, this company is evil i hope everyone gets there money back i will never do anything like this again my lesson is learned, I will donate to The Consumer Action Group as you have help't me on this matter, and i thank you, please just give me a couple of weeks to sort thing out on my side

I closed that account and got a new one, I wont be sending this cream back if they want it back they can come and collect it I think you need to close your account to stop it all just so glad i got my money back, but i did have to go mad with them, and demand my rights

Think the bank did that for me, it is now closed I have a new one but this morning another cream came in the post the sender was EUROBASE FULFILIMENT, CZECH REPUBLIC, LIHOVARSKA, CZ, +448081890494 now what do i do with this one im spending no more money on posting it back

Well I got all my money back from the bank, but now that company took another £89 62p so thats it going to close my bank account I spoke to the consumer advise and they have informed the trading standards they are looking into it for me

this company is a house it use to be on Harley st London very dodgy i tryed to post the link but it wouldnt let me, they have moved a few time's

I am going to fight this and get my money back thank's Dx will write a letter to head office for the bank and to the the people that sent the cream,

Now Halifx keep's putting the phone down on me when i tell them im not happy with them, i rang back and said dont put the phone down on me as i was talking the phone went down again grrr

I did tell them and they said i should have cancelled it sooner, so its my own fault, ((

Well i rang the bank again and they wont do anything about this, i asked for chargeback said it was my right, and they said only if you cancelled with the company fist i didnt look at my bank statement for two weeks and then noticed the money had been taken out, in dribs and drabs, i am just getting nowere with this
