Dear Consumer Action, Zinc Group keep phoning my 17year old son. They will not talk to me to let me know what it's about even though he is a minor. I think it is for purchasing BeachBody in 3 payments where the 2nd 2 payments were late due to our puppy chewing up my son's bank card and it having to be replaced - he has now paid it in full. Beachbody did state in an email that they use Zinc but on my instructions, my son paid BeachBody directly. They have, however, not sent a receipt yet - we have just requested this by email. Zinc tell me that they would be breaking the law if they speak to me - is this true given that he's under 18? Any ideas for how to deal with them. Thanks for reading this
