Hi, Just starting out really and starting to get a bit worried! Doing everything by the book but seems scary. I've sent the first letter and had a 'we're unhappy you're unhappy etc' letter from them, then a ' Our charges are right and this is our final letter' letter. So now I'm about to send my LBA. Am I right in thinking that after this its the moneyclaim site - and should I be checking this out already? Just needing a bit of reassurance, taking on the big boys is scary!
