  1. The first problem occurred in August / September at the start, my boiler developed a leak on the over flow pipe, an engineer arrived two days later after raising it with SP. The engineer left a report saying a part was required and that it will be fitted tomorrow, he also went into my bedroom which my house is a townhouse, boiler system is on middle floor, I don't know what he was doing in my room, because he certainly wasn't looking at my boiler flue because he left a report saying it needs a hatch cover as per the 2013 regulations. No one tuned up the next day and I had booked it off work, when I called I was given all kinds of excuses, the first was that the part could take any amount of Time to be delivered, the other was that the engineer wasn't qualified for this boiler. The next week, after numerous calls to SP a engineer arrives. He doesn't replace the faulty part, instead he tightened it up. So after all that. 17th October. No surprise my boiler starts to leak in the same place. An engineer arrives, he says to my partner he has been here before. He inspects the boiler and then comes to my room insisting my girlfriend let him look in my bathroom and in the loft, she says no but he keeps insisting. My girlfriend was aware of last time the went into my room, so she calls me on my mobile. I ask the engineer what he wants in my loft, he says to look at my flue. I said to him, what you gona do to it and he says nothing. I said, i think I know what your up to mate and I told him that he had already left a report last time saying a flue hatch was required, so I said to him if you ain't fitting a flue hatch what are you doing. He then said it's fine and gave up with getting into my room. Basically, money went missing last time and an engineer was around at that time in my room! I think it's the same person who you also said last time wasn't qualified so you have sent a unqualified engineer two times now. I reported the engineer to SP and for 5 days you have been telling me this issue is top priority on the operation managers list. However, he still hasn't called me, even though your customer complaints team have left emails, voicemails for days. I think he's a cowboy manager My boiler is not working at all since the guy last came out because he done something to it, I cannot believe such a simple problem has gone on for this long due to junior errors. So word advice watch the engineers when they are in your house because things can go missing, do not use the service if you want cover which gets resolved in one/ two days as they have to order parts which isn't a one day process, but weeks. I really wish I used another service, like home insurance emergency cover. It's actually cheaper and they don't have such bad reviews, plus parts are delivered quicker. I have had hell from sp when I call them, they have attitude that's their not fussed, and they pass it off by saying its with the ops manager, so I feel stuck because he won't contact me. DO NOT PUT YOURSELVES IN THIS POSITION
