I sent my first letter a few weeks ago, they have now replied saying that the charges are lawful and I have ten days to get back to them to confirm the issue is now closed, they also advise i need to pay 10 pounds for my information? What letter do I send next?

Does anyone know where to send the first letter to Abbey? Local Branch? also I have issues with Cahoot, part of the abbey group but cant find any contact details... help appreciated...
