Apparently standard terms for boiler reinspection are 14 mths, not 12, altho this is nowhere stated in their literature and is therefore not legally enforceable. It took them 6 mths to arrange an inspection which was cancelled 3 days before hand. They have not answered my complaint so I took them to court and won. I'll be sending in the bailiffs soon.
