Hi there I'm brand new to the forum and like a lot of people I've had MANY bank charges over the years. To be fair all down to bad management by me! I've always thought that as I agreed to the contract and was in breech of it, I had to pay the charge and be done with it. I can gather from a brief look around the site that it is believed that these charges are actually an unfair term in the contract and as such we can apply for our monies back. I don't see, however, any posts from people saying that they've got their money back. I'm all for claiming if they've illegally charged me all these years but can't be dealing with a few month long wild goose chase! Anyone out there that can confirm the process works?
