CFO drained my Natwest account - help

im with natwest,when cfo started takin money out of my savins account(which was 0 balance)the bank stilled paid them 114 pds even thou there wasnt anythin in my account.so it made me over drawn.i phoned them and ask if i could stop payments and he said no.but said when iv payed my now over drawn payment back he could cancel my savins account.so thats what i did.but then cfo managed to get my basic account details. -
same here got my wagers for month +taxcredits and cfo took £713 out of my bank , My rent and debits carnt get paid. they were takin money out of my savings account i cancelled the account, but they managed to get my bacic account details. im on my own with my 12 year old son dont know how im goin to managed till my next pay. lookin at all the complaints dosent look like ill get it back.
