I hope this is the correct place to post this. I am looking for some advice, my OH and I are looking to move out of my mums and rent our first home. Recently I went on as the lead name of my mums mortgage to help her out as her monthly payments were too high due to her age. I am now worried that this will show in the checks that the Estate Agent run and they will not pass me for renting. I am not paying any of the mortgage and never have, but I wanted to know whether the Estate Agent will be able to see I technically have a mortgage. Thank you
