I have a letter from Irwin Mitchell stating that all salespeople received commission for selling the insurance policies, it does not state what %they got, i can make this available . Regards Mr Biggles

Good Evening all, i am another victim of Yes Car Credit, i have just had a claim via a CMC company finished as they could not get a result and again due to this being in 2003 the FOS are not interested as it is outside there juristriction. I have all my original paperwork inculding the loan form. They took the car back and i was old that would be the end of the matter and i would hear no more, how wrong was i. they took me to court and i fought them all the way. I went to court on many occasions, and the Distict Judge was very interested in the case, he ordered them to exchange documents under discovery and i have a letter from Irwin Mitchell stating that all the sales people received commission on all the polices that they sold. after many visits to court thr Judge was less than impressed as each time someone from a local solicitor who had no knowledge of the case only faxed instructions, when the judge was going through all the added on fees he struck them all out, including the new charge for a new log book, which they never asked for ,then out of the Blue i had a letter from the court discontining their claim against me. At that time i thought i had won and was pleased, there was no confidentally clause at all, Wih this ppi reclaim i tried that way, and no joy, i want to see this to the end and want justice, any help i give to thers i will and would like o know where to go next, as they need bringing bto justice .Looking at older posts if Daf no longer exist , why are there letters from them on DAF headed paper dated this year, surley that means they are still going. The complaints person at the time was one Michelle French, dont know if she is still eployed by them or not. look forward to any replies at all. regards Mr Biggles

i Had my car from them in 2003, just had my ppi complaint refused via one of the companies, i have all my origina paperwork and a letter from Irwin Mitchell stating that all sales people received commision from selling policies, i was fighting them in court as they were suing me for the balance of the loan after taking the car back as final settlement, they took me to county court and i fought them all the way, then in 2007 they withdrew the case from the county court saying that they no longer wished to pursue their claim. Victory i thought, the debt stayed on my credit file till feb this year when it went under the 6 year rule, Today had a letter saying the ppi company can do no more as the finacial ombudsman does not cover this. I would like to take this further any help would be greatfully received and in turn any paperwork i have that can be used i would share. Regards Mr Biggles
