  1. My sister is having major problems with this company atm. Her husband gave over his credit card details to the tune of £1800 my sister went crazy and they have written to the company asking for cancellation. Their aggressive sales advisor has informed her husband that he will not process a refund unless his speaks to my sister (who hasn't spoken to them once and gets a reason for her cancellation) My sister has tried calling 4 times now and has been fobbed off saying that person she needs to speak to is unavailable. so the response from the CEO that "Any customer can cancel an order within 14 days of signing the contract,without having to discuss, argue or even give a reason. These cancellations are always honoured by our company." Any advice?
