Hiya there i was woundering what could i do about my wonga i made a payment plan with wonga that would only take 18 weeks to payback the amount i owe.... But in 4 weeks of setting up the payment plan when their tried to take the money out they couldn't and didn't even call me about it so today they took the full amount £104.95, without letting me know so i called them and took me 3times to get to talk to someone about it, the said nothing their could do but couldn't apply for refued but i want not get it and would take 3-5working days... So next Step i rang my bank (nationwide) i told them what wonga did and all i have to do is a visa debit and appy to get the money back as i was unawar that the money was gonna be taken out, it will take 7-10days but it's worth it to get my money back and set-up a new payment plan... Wonga needs to call people before taken anything out!!!!
