Asi said earlier thay have now found the original agreement , we took it out in 2005. Yes a default has been added, its a statuary course of action they said. Shall i copy and post the agreement to see if theres anything anyone can spot that makes it void?

Sorry to seem ignorant but what is Sar ?

Because the debt seemed to spiral without us using the card, we are not sure the amount is the right amount. We can account for about 3000 but somehow it spiraled to nearer 6000

We have been paying at a reduced amount for about 2 years we havn't missed a payment but eveytime they assess a default goes against my name. The copy they have sent me is a full copy. Am i correct that the original that we signed all those years back must have a credit limit stated on it ?

My wife and i requested from Coop an original signed agreement on the 4th April, we received a letter back on 30th April to say they are unable to provide us with it because of the time elapsed because records arn't kept beyond 6 years. Then on 7th may a photo copy of the original signed agreement arrives. Now correct me if i'm wrong but i'm sure i read somewhere that your credit limit must be stated on the original agreement...Is this correct ? As it only says....Your credit limit will be determined by us from time to time we will give you notice of your credit limit. I can scan the agreement if needed. We took the agreement out in 2005 Is there anything that is wrong with this? Thanks for any advise.
